Detailed Product Description
Using the method of layer lay-up, we produce carbon tube composites in accordance with the design angle. Its mechanical properties and performance of special functions in accordance with product end-use and requirements of the design layer. We use mechanical simulation and optimization software to improve our goods.
According to the cross-sectional shape, we have tube, square tube and profiled tube.
Some products require a wide range of fiber layer and multi-angle prepreg technology integration. The next picture shows the 8 different angles of the layer of lamination products. Even more complex products that need more than 30 kinds of different materials of the fusion structure.
